Hello guys there is 5 minutes workout for those who do not have time to do jogging, running or for gym. This simple workout will make u healthy and it includes full body exercises.
Minute 1: push ups for 20 seconds : rest 10 seconds : push ups for 20 seconds : rest 10 seconds
Minute 2: Squats for 20 seconds : rest 10 seconds : Squats for 20 seconds : rest 10 seconds
Minute 3: Plank as long as you can hold, then rest till minutes ends.
Minute 4: push ups for 20 seconds : rest 10 seconds : push ups for 20 seconds : rest 10 seconds (but if you have pull up bar, then try to do pull ups instead of pushups)
Minute 5: Lunges for 20 seconds : rest 10 seconds : Lunges for 20 seconds : rest 10 seconds.
This simple 5 minutes workout can be done anywhere and any time , no equipment is required.
Also if you want to ,make it difficult then u can try these techniques:
Can stop doing rest after completion of an exercise, OR you can use some weight(Say pillow,jug,heavy books or bags for pushups,squats)OR can try various variations of aforementioned exercises to increase difficult OR complete 2,3 circuit as fast as possible. These exercises can be done daily or alternative days.
Also before doing these exercise do warmup of 1-2 minutes(until u get warmed up), Never does Exercises before warming up your body. And after these exercises cool down your body for 1 minutes say by slow jumping or resting.
And Meditate for 2 minutes daily and see yourself that your weight is increasing (say specific i.e 2 lbs etc (can be more but you must have trust on that))because our mind understand values not if we see I want to loose weight so at that moment your brain questions how much ? hope you understood what I want to convey. It will not also helps in removing stress,depression,calmness,peace and your goal of weight loose or healthy don’t question what will happen in 2 minutes? I will say first try for 2 minutes then start gradually increase time.
